I am so happy to be on the other end of my latest visa process. I have learned so many things along the way. Interesting things that I never would have thought to find out, such as - no, in fact, I don't have leprosy!
I just got a call that, for the 3rd time in the span of 2 months, the government wants me to take an HIV test. I am amazed. Do they keep losing the results? Do they not remember the result of the last test? Are they really concerned that with in the span of the past 2 months I may have contracted the disease? Are they going to ask me to submit a test every month?
